BSc in Chemical Engineering (UPV/EHU, 2004) and PhD in Chemical Engineering (UPV/EHU, 2009). C2 level in Basque language, C1 level in English (Certificate in Advanced English), and B1 level in German (Zertifikat Deutsch). Nowadays, my professional career is being developed at the Faculty of Pharmacy (Vitoria-Gasteiz), where I hold a position of associate professor since 2017. I teach subjects in Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology and in Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Sciences.

Member of PROCAT-VARES research group since 2004. My research is focused on catalysis and waste valorization. Participation in 17 competitive research projects. Coauthor of 35 research publications indexed in Scopus and 24 indexed in the Web of Science, 72 communications to conferences (including a keynote). Chairperson in an international conference.

I have attended more than 40 teacher training courses, including HASIBERRIAK and ERAGIN, focused on active teaching and learning methodologies, mainly Project Based Learning. 8 publications of teaching material.
