Booking procedure and payment method

Attendees will contact our reservations department to manage their requests by sending an email message to the address reservas.norte@barcelo.com or by calling 944.579.700.

Payment method: Along with the booking confirmation we will send you a credit card charge authorisation for the payment of the total cost of the booking which must be submitted to the bookings department before May 30th.

Booking conditions

• No cancellation or modification fees until May 30th. From June 1st all of the bookings that have not sent the charge authorisation will be cancelled.
• From June 1st onwards the hotel will proceed to charge the credit cards provided by each client with the cost of all confirmed reservations.
• 100% expenses of the cancellation or modification as of June 1st.
