Bio

I am a Ramón y Cajal Fellow at Complutense University of Madrid and an associate member of the Centre d’Histoire des Philosophies Modernes de la Sorbonne (Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne). I have previously held postdoctoral positions at the University of Miami, the Università degli Studi di Milano, and the State University of New York at Buffalo. My areas of specialization are metaphysics and ontology, and I also have strong research interests in philosophy of science and philosophy of mind. My work can be found in journals such as Philosophy and Phenomenological Research, Philosophical Studies, Synthese, American Philosophical Quarterly, Philosophy CompassInquiry, and Analytic Philosophy, among others. Currently, I am the group leader of PHYSIS: the Research Group in Analytic Metaphysics at Complutense University of Madrid, and the Coordinator of the Madrid–Miami Network for Metaphysics.
