I earned my Bachelor's degree in Industrial Mechanical Engineering from the University of Navarra. Additionally, I hold a Master's degree in Manufacturing Systems from the University of Sheffield, an MBA from the European University of Madrid, and certification as an Executive Coach from the University of Deusto.

With over 28 years of experience, I have worked across diverse companies and industries, leading international industrial divisions in some multinational companies, primarily in sectors such as Automotive and Wind Energy. After an extensive tenure in various managerial roles, I have embarked on a new academic journey as I initiate my research within the Doctoral Programme in "Philosophy, Science, and Values" at the University of the Basque Country UPV/EHU. My research will focus on the philosophy of relationships within industrial organizations, examining them from the perspective of Epistemic Injustice.
