Psychoanalyst. BA in Psychology (National Autonomous University of Mexico, UNAM). MA in Philosophy of science (UNAM) and in Philosophy, science and values (University of the Basque Country, UPV/EHU).

PhD student in History and Philosophy of science (UNAM) and in Philosophy, science and values (UNAM- UPV/EHU - UC3M).

My PhD research is about the rationality of clinical practice within the field of psychiatry. I have developed a methodology to understand this praxis as a problem of ‘styles' and, from that point of view, shined a new light upon the history of this field. I am currently undergoing my research on the role that phronēsis play in psychiatric practice.

My research interests also include: Philosophy and History of Science, Epistemology, Methodology, Psychoanalysis and History of psychoanalysis, and Iconology.
