Raúl Tabarés is senior researcher at TECNALIA where he works at the intersection of digitalization, policy and culture. BA in Tourism (2003) from the University of Cantabria. BA in Humanities (2005), Master in Social Studies of Science and Technology (2008) and PhD (2015) in the same field from the University of Salamanca. He also collaborates with the Open University of Catalunya in the Master of Philosophical Challenges. He has significant experience in European collaborative research (more than 15 years and 30 projects) mainly associated with social innovation, responsible innovation and digital cultures. He has contributed to the development of these discourses through different works published in top-rated journals, edited books and other peer-reviewed formats. He has also been a speaker at different seminars, lectures, workshops and public events.
