- Management of ICTs & adaptation/modernisation of all digital tools to meet current needs.
- Working in coordination with the Secretary General to improve electronic administration within the organisation.
Communication & Coordination
- Managing internal and external communication at the university & dealing with all queries & requests for information.
- Outreach of the corporate image of the university.
- Coordination of interdisciplinary projects.
- Strategic planning at the university & assessment of results.
- Coordination & monitoring of activities at the Internal Control Unit.
- Coordination of economic & financial policy.
- Establishing of general guidelines for financial activities at the UPV/EHU in implementation of the directives issued by the Governing Council.
- Representing the Rector at the internal bodies of the university in the financial area.
- Studying, monitoring and prospecting in regard to the situation of the UPV/EHU & its position in university rankings, in coordination with the Vice-Rectorate for Scientific & Social Development & Knowledge Transfer.
