Basic Self-Protection Measures
Control Center and First Response Team
The control center and the first response team are located at the building reception and within the Security Service.
If you detect any risk situation or incident, immediately report it at the reception desk or to security personnel. They will activate the appropriate protocol.
If you hear the alarm signal, leave the building immediately. Evacuation is a preventive measure to ensure your safety.
Self-Protection Measures
For your safety and that of others:
- When entering the building, pay attention to the green signage indicating emergency exits to be familiar with the evacuation routes.
- Respect the building’s safety measures (fire extinguishers, detectors, alarm call points, etc.).
- Do not place objects in front of fire extinguishers, doors or emergency exits.
- If you detect obstacles or anomalies, report them as soon as possible at the reception desk.
Emergency and Evacuation Procedures
In an emergency situation, always follow these general recommendations:
- Stay calm and do not run.
- Close windows if it may be done without causing delays.
- When you hear the audible alarm signal, leave the building.
- Follow the instructions of the evacuation coordinators.
- Use the nearest evacuation route or emergency exit.
- Proceed to the designated meeting point.
- Do not return to collect personal belongings.
- Do not use elevators.
- Pay attention to emergency signage.
- Do not take unnecessary risks.
- Assist people with reduced mobility, but always without putting your own safety at risk.
- Do not re-enter the building until being authorized by the authorities or responsible personnel.

After evacuating the building, all people must gather at the meeting points to ensure that no one is missing and to coordinate further actions.
