Master’s Degree in Marketing

Master’s Degree in Marketing

The Master's Degree in Marketing and Business Management at the University of the Basque Country/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea has been taught at the Faculty of Economics and Business (Sarriko) since the 1989/1990 academic year. Innovation and continuous improvement, throughout more than three decades have been the two fundamental ingredients explaining our permanence as one of the most consolidated and prestigious postgraduate programmes in Spain.

It is an Executive Master's Degree. This means that it is designed to be compatible with professional practice, with work experience in companies or with a wide range of other activities of educational and/or professional interest.

It is organised by Enpresa Institutua - Institute of Applied Business Economics of the UPV/EHU and sponsored by the Department of Economic Promotion of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia and FESIDE (Emilio Soldevilla Foundation for Research and Development of Business Economics).

Objectives

It pursues two main objectives:

  • To provide comprehensive training in strategic and operational marketing. It is an interesting programme for those who already hold positions of responsibility in marketing and/or commercial management and wish to update their knowledge, as well as for those who aspire to do so.
  • To promote the professional development of its students over time, through the development of a network of permanent relationships. Part of the Master's management effort is focused on this task and the work of the Marketing Alumni Association, the Master's graduates' association, is also crucial.

Target group of the master's degree
