The International R&D Office of the University of the Basque Country/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea is organizing a course on “Doctoral Networks (MSCA-DN)” of the Maria Sklovdowska Curie Actions subprogram on May 13 at the School of Engineering of Bilbao.

The Marie Sklodowska-Curie subprogram (MSCA) is the part of the European Union's research funding framework program dedicated to the funding of research personnel at different stages of their careers.  In the case of the predoctoral stage, innovative training networks (MSCA-Doctoral Networks) are funded. These networks promote scientific excellence and innovation and bring together universities, research institutes and other non-academic institutions to train research personnel up to the doctoral level.

During the course, practical information for the preparation of a successful MSCA-DN proposal will be provided by Catherine Halbert, an expert evaluator for this program. The course is intended to be highly interactive and practical.
