ERASMUS + NOMINATION AND APPLICATION PROCEDURE
A) STEP 1. NOMINATION
Deadlines:
- Students coming Fall Semester or Academic Year: 1st June
- Students coming Spring Semester: 1st November
Procedure:
Nominations must be sent by your international coordinator to socialescomunic.internacional@ehu.eus or jonander.kanpandegi@ehu.eus.
Nomination mail has to contain:
- Nomination File
- Copy of Passport / Identity Card
B) STEP 2. APPLICATION
Deadlines:
- Students coming Fall Semester or Academic Year: 30th June
- Students coming Spring Semester: 30th November
Procedure:
After we have received the nominations, students will receive an invitation to apply through the Student Mobility Management System:
We will contact the students providing all information about application procedures, deadlines, calendar, courses, language courses, accommodation, etc.
