Being a graduate and Doctor of Law, she completed her training at the Max-Planck Society (until 2011) in Munich, on issues related to the rights derived from work, especially social rights. Topics that she has continued publishing in well-known publishing houses from the perspective of Labor Law, and especially Constitutional Law. Such as for example: The social rights of irregular immigrants. Comparative analysis of the Spanish and German legal systems in Thomson Reuters Aranzadi, “The working time model in confidence as opposed to the tuition function of labor law in Germany in Dykinson, “Der Auskunftsanspruch im deutschen und spanischen Markenrecht, Peter Lang, The principle of equality and parental leave in the national and community context in Basque Magazine of the Public Administration (RVAP), Basic Income and Constitution in the German Social State (From basic universal income to basic collective income in RVAP. She also always had a special interest in the Company, acquiring extensive professional experience at the firms Siemens (until 2009) and Telefónica Germany (until 2016) related to her Diploma in Business Administration at University School of the Chamber of Commerce in Bilbao. In all, this experiences help to understand her interest in publishing in both fields. Currently she is part of the Intellectual History of Modern Politics research group, which has achieved support with A evaluation from the Education Department of the Basque Government.
