ANA BLANCO MENDIALDUA

Ana Blanco Mendialdua (1971) has a degree in Economics and Business Sciences and Insurance Actuary from the University of the Basque Country (1994); and PhD in Economic and Business Sciences, outstanding cum laude, from the University of the Basque Country (1999).



Professor of the Department of Financial Economics II (UPV/EHU), where she has been teaching and researching since 1994. In addition to teaching at GADE, she has participated in the Master's in Finance at the UPV/EHU, in the Course Wealth Management and Private Banking at the UPV/EHU and is a teacher of the Master's Degree in Business Management from Innovation and Internationalization.



In terms of management tasks, she has been responsible since March 2013 for the Master in Business Management from Innovation and Internationalization, until July 2019, Academic Secretary of the Department of Financial Economics II from 2017 to 2021, and is director of studies of degree from the UPV/EHU since February 2021.



In the professional field, he has provided technical advice to the FESIDE Foundation, and has participated in contracts with official organizations. He is currently a member of several research groups focused on financial economics.



Research lines: bank credit, access to financing for SMEs, sustainable investment.



Accredited to teach English at the University (Test of Performance for Teaching at University Level Through the medium of English).
