Licensed (1995) and PhD in Physical Sciences (2010) by the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU).



Since 1996 she has been a professor at the School of Engineering of Gipuzkoa (Donostia), and since 2010 she has been a full professor at the University. She has taught various subjects in the area of Electrical Engineering (Electromagnetism, Electrical and Magnetic Materials, Electrical Technology, High Voltage Installations, etc.) in various engineering degrees (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, etc.). She has obtained the recognition of excellence to her teaching work by the UPV/EHU. She is co-author of a book on Circuit Theory published by Elhuyar publishing house.



She has been Deputy Director of Degrees and Graduate Degrees, R+D+i and students of the industrial area of the School of Engineering of Gipuzkoa (2013-2017).



She has 13 scientific articles altogether and is coauthor of 6 book chapters. She has participated in more than 10 research projects in competitive calls, in 2 of them as Principal Investigator. Her research focuses on the physical-chemical characterization, electrical and magnetic properties of nanocomposites. She has a six-year term recognized by the CNAI.
