Rosa Garcia Arrona is Assistant Professor at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU)
She obtained her Bachelor of Chemistry in theBasque Country University. The pHD was carried out in the group of Analytical Chemistry of the Department of Applied Chemistry of the Faculty of Chemistry of UPV/EHU under the direction of Dr. Esmeralda Millán.
She teaches Analytic Chemistry in Grade and as a subject on Quality in the laboratories of the Master of Chemistry and Polymers of the Faculty.
Her research has studied on several fields. She began her phDi in the envrironmental field Analyzing inorganic and organics compunds in several soils, sediments and waters of Gipuzkoa. Subsequently, she continued analisying inorgancic and organics compounds but in foods. Currently she is still working in the field of foods but with a very useful tool such as chemiometric tools
She has worked on several research projects granted by the University and the Council of Gipuzkoa. She has more than 30 research papers in different fields, according to which her research line has been changing.
She was Academic Secretary of the Department and currently she is Head of the Applied Chemistry Deparment of the Chemistry Faculty in the Basque Country University
