- Participate in the University’s governing bodies and committees.
- Foster relationships and collaboration agreements with institutions, organisations, and social stakeholders.

- Represent the Faculty at institutional and public events.

Responsibilities:
- Take and safeguard the minutes of the Faculty Board meetings and of the committees for which they serve as secretary.
- Certify the acts and resolutions adopted by the Faculty’s collegiate bodies.
- Issue official certifications within the Faculty.
- Communicate the resolutions of the Faculty Board to governing bodies and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on the application of current regulations.
Vice-Dean for Academic Planning and Organization I / First Vice-Dean
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the Faculty’s academic offer and teaching groups.
- Organise timetables and classroom allocation.
- Prepare the academic calendar, examination schedules, bachelor’s and master’s dissertation timetables, and complementary academic activities.
- Manage the Faculty’s spaces and facilities.
- Act on behalf of the Dean when required.
- Coordinate bachelor’s and master’s final projects.
- Manage the Faculty’s social media channels.

Responsibilities:
- Support students throughout their time at the Faculty and encourage student participation.
- Assist students with disabilities or special personal circumstances.
- Coordinate and manage external and voluntary internships.
- Maintain relations between internship providers and students.
- Organise grants and initiatives that support the transition into employment.
- Coordinate student recruitment activities and participation in education fairs.
Vice-Dean for Quality, Monitoring and Accreditation
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the renewal of programme accreditations and maintain the Internal Quality Assurance System.
- Coordinate the preparation of the Annual Management Report and Action Plan.
- Oversee degree monitoring reports and programme modifications.
- Promote quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as secretary to the Quality Committee and monitor quality indicators.

- Coordinate academic exchange and mobility programmes.
- Manage the academic recognition process for international mobility students.
- Promote collaboration with international universities and organisations.
- Support incoming international students and staff.
- Strengthen the Faculty’s participation in international university cooperation initiatives.
Vice-Dean for Study Plans and Innovation
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate teaching activities within the Faculty.
- Work closely with degree, course, and module coordinators.
- Coordinate innovation programmes and promote new educational initiatives.
- Develop proposals for continuing education and postgraduate studies.
- Coordinate complementary training activities and courses.
- Promote participation in the Docentiaz teaching evaluation programme.
Vice-Dean for Basque Language, Communication and Social Outreach
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the Basque Language Committee and promote the use of Basque within the Faculty.
- Coordinate internal and external communication activities.
- Liaise with the University’s press office.
- Oversee the updating and improvement of the Faculty website.
- Promote the Faculty’s public image and institutional presence.
- Coordinate the Equality Committee and promote equality initiatives.
Head of Administration
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Technical, Administrative and Service Staff (PTGAS).
- Oversee the Faculty’s budget, administrative resources, and assets.
- Supervise the maintenance and proper functioning of the Faculty’s facilities.
- Work with the Campus Vice-Rectorate to ensure building safety.
- Coordinate the implementation of the Emergency Plan together with the Academic Secretary.
- Promote sustainable management practices within the Faculty.
