The specific Master in Environment, Sustainability and SDG (60 credits) is mainly composed of 6 modules:
Module 1: SUSTAINABILITY, A GLOBAL VIEW (8 credits)
Module 2: SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT, NATURAL DIVERSITY AND ECOSYSTEM SERVICES (8 credits)
Module 3: EDUCATION, SUSTAINABILITY AND QUALITY OF LIFE (5 credits)
Módulo 4: SUSTAINABILITY IN PRACTICE: EXPERIENCES OF IMPLEMENTATION OF SUSTAINABLE MANAGEMENT MODELS (4 credits)
Module 5: PROFESSIONAL PRACTICES (20 credits)
Module 6: PERIOD OF INVESTIGATION (15 credits)
The first 4 are masterly lectures, workshops and field trips and the fifth will consist in practices at enterprises/institutions and the last one it is a project tutorised by teachers who have took part in the course.
The face-to-face classes (module 1 to 4) will be from october 2020 to march 2021 (afternoons, from 16.00 to 20.00) at the Science and Technologie Faculty, Leioa.
ASSESSMENT CRITERIA
The assessment will be conducted on the basis of attendance at in-class sessions, an exam on course content, the practices at enterprises, and the writing up and defence of the final dissertation.
