STEP 1. Nomination by home institution
The Mobility Coordinator of the home university sends the nomination of the selected students to the following email addressarquitectura.internacional@ehu.eus
- Deadlines: May 31 for First semester and October 30 for Second semester
- Application Form:
To be submitted by the Students to: arquitectura.internacional@ehu.eus, once nominated by the Mobility Coordinator at the home University.
- Deadlines: June 30 for First semester and November 30 for Second semester
STEP 2. Online application by student
Once Application Form has been submitted, student will receive an invitation to apply through the Student Mobility Management System, where scanned copies of the following documents should be included before the deadlines.
- Copy of the passport or ID
- 1 photo
- Photocopy of the enrolment form at the home University
- Proof of Health Insurance and travel insurance (UPV/EHU recommends IBILI Insurance)
- Learning Agreement signed by the Mobility Coordinator at the home University
REQUEST A BUDDY (Local students will help the incoming students settle in during their first days)
