STEP 1. Nomination by home institution
The Mobility Coordinator of the home university sends the nomination of the selected students to the following email addressarquitectura.internacional@ehu.eus
- Nomination Deadlines: May 31 for First semester and October 30 for Second semester
- Nomination Form:
STEP 2. Online application by student
Once nomination has been accepted, student will receive an invitation to apply through the Student Mobility Management System, where scanned copies of the following documents should be included before the deadlines.
Application Deadlines: May 30 for First semester and October 30 for Second semester.
- Copy of the passport or ID
- 1 photo
- Photocopy of the enrolment form at the home University
- Proof of Health Insurance and travel insurance (UPV/EHU recommends IBILI Insurance)
- Learning Agreement signed by the Mobility Coordinator at the home University
REQUEST A BUDDY (Local students will help the incoming students settle in during their first days)
