The statutes of the UPV/EHU establish that at the Faculty level there will be unipersonal and collegiate governing bodies. The Faculty of Education of Bilbao is governed by the Dean, who appoints its governing team made up of the Secretary of the Center and several Vicedeans, and who is the head of the Center, both from an administrative point of view as an academic. His term of office lasts four years.
