Biography
She ended Industrial Technical Engineering specialized in Industrial Chemistry in 2010. The same year she began her research career as Researcher Staff in the Chemical Engineering and Environment Department (UPV/EHU). In 2012 she obtained the Master of Renewable Materials Engineering and in 2014, she has achieved the title of Doctor in Renewable Materials Engineering, with Cum Laude mention, under Dr. Jalel Labidi direction.
Research
As "Biorefineries Processes" group member, she has worked in 6 research projects, she has published 9 articles in international scientific journals and she has participated in more than 10 international conferences.
Since she began, she has been worked with polysaccharides provided from agricultural and forestry residues. In concrete, she has studied different hemicelluloses extraction processes, as well as different conditions and methods for polysaccharades conversion into very useful chemicals.
