PhD in Pedagogy and Master in Intercultural Studies. She is lecturer in the Department of Didactics and School Organization of the University of the Basque Country (UPV / EHU). He teaches at the Faculty of Education, Philosophy and Anthropology in the Degree of Early Childhood Education on School Organization. He is currently a member of the Research Group of the University of the Basque Country (UPV / EHU) Socialization of Gender and Educational Contexts (GIU15-14) that was recognized in the 2015-2018 call. Her main research national projects are the following: School improvement from the perspective of gender in the Basque Autonomous Community led by Verónica Azpillaga Larrea and Isabel Bartau Rojas (2019-2023), Longitudinal and contextualized study of schools with very high and very low efficiency. Design of actions for school improvement (2014-2018) and Characterization and good practices of schools with high added value both directed by Luis Lizasoain Hernández. He has collaborated with other people of the group in the publication of papers that are publicated in national and international impact journals such as Psychodidactic Journal, Educational Managment, Administration and Leadership, International Journal of Educational Research, Journal of Educational Research, Bordón or International Journal of Inclusive Education .
