- APPLICATION (pre-registration): Apply for a place on one of the doctoral programmes offered by the University of the Basque Country (EHU), following the steps outlined in the Application (pre-registration) section of the Doctoral School’s website (DOKe).

To enrol on the doctoral programme you have been admitted for, follow the steps below:
- ERRESERBATU ZURE PLAZA (BERRESPENA):
- You will receive an email from the EHU, notifying you whether you have been accepted onto the doctoral programme.
- Reserve your place via the link included in the email, which will take you to a page where you should click on the option to ratify the place ("ratificar"), in order for the DOKe to then perform your enrolment.
- Present your documentation at the DOKe in person or by post (only if needed; see our offices' location here). You can consult the procedure via this link.
- DOKe will proceed to process the enrolment of those candidates who have confirmed their place (by reserving their place).
- You will receive an email with your username (known as the 'LDAP') and password which you can use to access online EHU services.
- REGISTER AND PAY THE FEES:
- Log onto the GAUR platform (available in Spanish and Basque languages) with your username and password and download the document to pay the tuition fees.
- FINAL CONFIRMATION:
- Once you have made the payment, you can download your enrolment confirmation by logging onto GAUR.
