Farewell Day 2022 video

Now that the academic year is coming to an end, and summertime quickly approaches, it is my pleasure to invite you to the farewell ceremony for international exchange students:

June 3th (Friday), from 11:30am, at the Ignacio María Barriola Centre - Campus of Gipuzkoa, Donostia-San Sebastián

You are welcome to invite your buddies as well to the ceremony.

We will offer a FREE BUS SERVICE to Donostia-San Sebastian from Bilbao and Vitoria-Gasteiz.

Buses will depart at 9:30, and will go back at 17:00. 

You will have free time after the "pintxos" until the buses departure to visit the amazing city of Donostia-San Sebastián.

 9:30     Departure of buses from Bilbao and Vitoria-Gasteiz

11:00    Arrival at Donostia –San Sebastián

11:30    Welcome. Greeting by the Coordinator of the Help Centres, Nerea Aurrekoetxea

12:00    Presentation form the Etxepare Institute

12:10    Recognition of the association ESN

12:20    Gift raffle

12:30    Closing of the event by the Rector, Eva Ferreira

13:00     Exhibition of Basque Dances           

13:45     "Pintxos" offered by the International Relations Office with tradicional Basque music

17:00     Depart of buses to Bilbao and Vitoria-Gasteiz
