BIZKAIA ARETOA, Mitxelena Auditorium, 4th February 2026

The event will begin at 3 p.m. at the Bizkaia Aretoa building of the University of the Basque Country (EHU) in Bilbao and will consist of an institutional welcome from the Vice-Chancellor's Office for Transfer and Internationalisation, presentations with practical information for your stay, and a lunch with music to finish.

There will be free buses from Gasteiz and Donosti. We will provide details of departure times and locations at a later date.
