2. ERASMUS COORDINATOR: NOMINATION
Nomination of students to the UPV/EHU
We only have a single nomination period for mobilities that will take place from September 26 to June 27 (regardless of the semester in which the mobility takes place).
The deadline for receiving nominations and forms (all degrees, regardless of the course or semester) starts on 9th February and ends on 29th May.
We cannot admit students for internships during the months of June, July and August as they are "non-teaching months".
Priority period for clinical internships in the 6th year of Medicine: September to December. Outside these dates will be considered but there is no guarantee the availability of places.

MEDICINE (2026-27): due to the structure and specificities of the different current curricula, mobility places will NOT be offered for studies in the 3rd, 4th and 5th grades, only for the mobility of rotatories
NURSING: It will be an essential requirement to have a B2 level Spanish certificate at the time of nomination by the home university. Additionally, you must meet the academic and training requirements necessary to take practical courses.
The Erasmus+ coordinator of the home university sends the nominations of the selected student to the Erasmus+ coordinator of the Faculty of Medicine and Nursing of the UPV/EHU: medicina.internacional@ehu.eus, indicating:
- Name and surname;
- Passport number;
- E-mail address of the student,
- Degree and
- Course to be conducted.
