nireEHU Mobility and stays
The Doctoral Programme in Molecular Biology and Biomedicine aims to facilitate its students’ mobility and, above all, encourage research stays at centres abroad that enable them to obtain a thesis with an International Mention.
At present, there are co-supervision agreements in place with the Universities of Bordeaux, Luxembourg, Vienna and Copenhagen.
There is also a long list of prestigious universities with which the UPV/EHU exchanges doctoral students to complete their thesis with an international mention, including the following: Bath, Bristol, Bordeaux, La Plata, Lisbon, Graz University of Technology, Turku, Yale, Mount Sinai, California Davis, Alberta, British Columbia, Florence, Pontifical University of Chile, Copenhagen, Vrije, Erasmus at Tampere, Roehampton, International Agency for Research in Cancer (Lyon), Medical Center Rotterdam, Karolinska Institute and the Max Planck Institutes.
