Licentiate in Physical Sciences, Solid State Physics 1988; I worked as a collaborator on a research project and got a predoctoral grant (GV). My thesis focused on the study of solid-solid phase transitions using adiabatic calorimetry. Currently, I am a full professor.

In teaching, I have taught more than 10 subjects (UPV/EHU), also in a master's degree; as a tutor of the UNED, more than 10 subjects; in addition to laboratory practices. In training, I have directed 5 PhD theses; 20 works: DEAs, Graduate Thesis, Academically Directed Works in physics; 24 GFRs; Extracurricular Internships: 20. I have published 7 textbooks and have collaborated in the writing and design of teaching material for high school students: 15 contributions. I collaborate in science dissemination tasks: Campus Científicos de Verano, Semana de la Ciencia, Olimpiadas de Física, etc. In management, I have been or am in single-person institutional positions: Vice Dean of Students and Academic Exchange; Coordinator of the Degree in Physics; temporary member of the CUED-UPV/EHU; Physics Coordinator of the EBAU. In research, I have got 80 publications in Materials Science. I maintain collaborations with researchers in Reference Centers, CiC-Energigune; Mohammed VI Polytechnic University, Hassan University 1st, Settat. I maintain contributions to innovation in teaching, various publications, oral communications in International Congresses and various programs to help teaching.
