Juan Carlos Bárcena-Ruiz is Full Professor at the University of the Basque Country, UPV / EHU. He has been a principal investigator of research projects of the Spanish Ministry, the Basque Government and the University of the Basque Country. He works in the area of Industrial Organization studying, among other topics, mixed markets, internal organization of firms, environmental regulation and foreign direct investment.
