I am a senior lecturer of Political Science and Administration at the University of the Basque Country (UPV / EHU) (Spain). I have been teaching and conducting research for 27 years. Prior to becoming a university lecturer. I worked as a Civil Servant for the General Administration of the Basque Country. I belong to a research group on Political Action which has been recognized as a high performance group by both the Basque Government and the UPV / EHU since 2000, and has been financed by these two entities.
I am responsible for the Master in Governance and Political Studies of the University of the Basque Country (X edition). I am also a teacher/ tutor of the associated center of the UNED (Spanish Open University) in Bizkaia for the subjects related to administration in the Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Administration. I was an invited lecturer at the Institute of European Studies of the University of Deusto from 1985 to 1998. I have participated in several Masters on management and public policies, teach degree and postgraduate courses on subjects related to the analysis and evaluation of public policies, organization, management and public decision and government networks. I have taught on training courses for public employees.
I have held several management positions in the University such as Secretary of the Department of Political Science and Administration and Vice Dean of Teacher Planning in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Communication.
