José Ignacio Gamboa Landa
Full Professor in Organic Chemistry
Specialized in Pharmacological Organic Chemistry, Organic Analysis and Patent evaluation an redaction.
I have about 50 publications in peer review Journals, as: Angewandte Chemie, J. of American Chemical Soc., J. Organic Chem…etc.
Selected Book chapters in Science of Synthesis (Houben-Weyl) or β-lactam enantioselective synthesis books.
About 100 of projects, 80 of them with independent evaluators including: European research projects, projects of the Ministry of Industry and Ministry of Science and Technology of Spain, Basque Government projects.
The remainder to 100 are projects funded by pharmaceutical companies as: Menarini, Dr. Esteve, Roche Pharma, Glaxo-Smithkline, Antibioticos S.A. etc.
Five patents in the area of Pharmaceutical chemistry, two of them in operation.
Great experience in working with multidisciplinary teams: Biochemists, physicians, pharmacists, engineers, designers, programmers.
Our research group has the qualification of “High Performance” awarded by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
