Reception of participants

On Monday, July 30, from 8:30 to 11:00, there will be a desk in the Bizkaia Aretoa Auditorium, where registered participants should collect their identification badge and conference bag, including all practical information about the conference, certificates of participation, and lunch tickets for the five days of the meeting. Participants who have registered for the conference dinner will also receive a special card which is needed to get access to it. All throughout the conference, there will be a reception desk at the entrance to the auditorium of the Faculty of Science and Technology, for participants who arrive later than Monday morning.
