Born in 1997, she obtained her Bacherol degree in Chemistry in 2020 from the University of Granada. Subsequently, in 2021, she completed her Master's degree in Chemical Sciences and Technologies (KHEMIA) at the same university. In 2021, she was awarded the “INNCUBA” scientific and technological training grant by the CajaSur Foundation and the University of Granada, whose research objective was the determination of Mineral Hydrocarbons (MOHs) in Virgin Olive Oils. In 2026, she obtained her PhD in Chemistry with a doctoral thesis entitled “Non-targeted approaches for the analytical evaluation of food quality and authenticity.” In the same year, she began her first postdoctoral contract in the Department of Analytical Chemistry at the University of the Basque Country, related to the HyperSort – Hyperspectral Optical Engine project. Her areas of scientific interest include the application of data analysis methods, specifically chemometrics, obtained after applying different analytical techniques, among which hyperspectral imaging and chromatography coupled with different detectors stand out. She has co-authored a total of 12 publications in high-impact scientific journals, as well as two book chapters. To date, she has participated as a collaborating researcher in a total of 12 national and international projects, one of which she has been the principal investigator.
