Enrolment: Documentation

Only for students who have been notified of acceptance by the course management and who have ratified their pre-registration. The date for enrolment will be given by the degree course organisation.

The enrolment will be carried out online using the GAUR application, at the following URL:

Access to this application requires the username and password that were provided together with the notification of admission.

If you have any problems you may contact the Own Degree Courses Unit (e-mail: and submit the following form (Application form for enrolment (ME/SM-7) (doc ,86.00 Kb)) together with the remaining documentation required.

Documentation required

  • Photocopy of the national ID (Spanish nationality), ID CARD (citizens from other EU countries) or photocopy of the PASSPORT, RESIDENCE CARD (citizens outside the EU).
  • Certified photocopy or photocopy and original for verification purposes, of the official qualification to gain access to the course, or proof of having requested this. Those that have received degrees through the UPV/EHU from 1988 onwards do not need to submit this documentation.
  • 1 photograph with the name and surname(s) on the reverse
  • Payment receipt.
  • Proof of any admissible exceptions.
