Dibujos y guerra

La colección de dibujos de niños y jóvenes no puede desvincularse de la existencia de la colección de cuadernos escolares, en este momento con casi 1400 cuadernos. Dado que los cuadernos que hemos ido recopilando son de diversa tipología, no todos ellos contienen dibujos. Por ejemplo, habitualmente los cuadernos de enseñanza de idiomas o matemáticas son más parcos en acompañar el texto con dibujo; en cambio, los cuadernos dedicados a la enseñanza de la historia, geografía o ciencias naturales suelen estar profusamente ilustrados. Entre todos estos cuadernos queremos resaltar algunos de ellos que recogen escenas de la Guerra Civil Española. Las imágenes reflejan las ideas que se transmitían a los niños y niñas en la escuela en los momentos de guerra y postguerra.
