Degree in Economics and Business Studies (1988) from the University of Deusto, PhD from the University of The Basque Country (UPV/EHU) (2005), Master in Business Management from the UPV/EHU (1995) and Master in Organization and Engineering of Production and Management of Industrial Plants from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (2004).
He is a professor in economics, financial management and production management.
He has co-directed 3 doctoral theses. He has participated in 7 projects in competitive calls. Three of them belong to the National R + D + i Plan and in two of them he has been Principal Investigator.
Regarding knowledge transfer contracts, he has participated as a Principal Investigator or researcher in 16 research contracts.
On the other hand, he is co-author of 19 articles in scientific journals, 8 books (one of them, in Netbiblo, 4 teaching books, 1 publication adapted to the new active learning methodologies and 2 publications related to entrepreneurship) and 10 chapters of book and more 42 communications in national and international conferences. Likewise, as a result of the research work carried out, it has a six-year period recognized by CNEAI.
