Registration form

It is necessary to fill in this form for each of the works that you want to present at the AIMPN 2021 Congress.

In order for the registration to the congress to be valid, it is necessary to consider the following steps::

1. Send the final case after it has been reviewed and accepted. This last version of the work needs to include the improvements and corrections proposed by the reviewers. For doing so, please use the file upload link available on the registration form. Please consider that the paper needs to be attached again in any case, i.e. regardless of it has been accepted with or without improvements.

2. Make the payment of the registration fee through the payment gateway enabled for this purpose. The payment platform itself allows you to generate and download the invoice of the payment for the registration to the congress.

3. Fill in the registration form for each of the works that you want to present.

1st NOTE: Regardless of the number of cases presented, each person will only have to pay the rate once. The rate will be different depending on the type of case (practical case or senior case), their role (lecturers or students) and the attendance mode (face-to-face or virtual). The rates are available in the section called "Rates and inscriptions".

2nd NOTE: Lecturers who only present practical cases should not carry out this step since there is no registration fee applicable.

3rd NOTE: The teaching staff and students of the host institution (University of the Basque Country UPV/EHU) must register in the face-to-face attendance mode.
