Biomat takes a bite out of carbon footprint

Biomat reduces environmental impact by valorising industrial waste, introducing biodegradable materials in the production of different products, such as batteries.

The growing interest of companies in the recovery of waste is an unavoidable reality to which Biomat, a multidisciplinary research group of the UPV/EHU that works in the area of renewable and biodegradable materials for different applications, such as electronic and biomedical devices, among others, is responding.
