At the present:

Esther Cruz Iglesias (Soraluze 1974) PhD in Pedagogy from the UPV / EHU (2016) and Master in Intervention of Learning Difficulties at the University of Valencia.

Associate Professor of the Department of Didactics and School Organization where she has taught in the grades of Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Social Education, Pedagogy and Psychopedagogy. She also teaches in the Master's Degree in Training of Teachers of Compulsory Secondary Education and Baccalaureate, Vocational Training and Language Teaching and in the Master of Research in Socio-educational Areas.

She is currently the Coordinator of the Practicum of the Degree in Pedagogy at the Faculty of Education, Philosophy and Anthropology of the UPV / EHU.

She has collaborated with the Educational Advisory Service of the UPV / EHU in the ehundu project to promote the coordination of teaching teams and in this course he collaborates with the Vice-Rector for Students and Employability in the Zeharsare project for defining the transversal competences of the UPV / EHU.

She has participated in 11 research projects related, on the one hand, to the development of teacher competencies and, on the other, to the development of the competences of the student participating in learning-service activities linked to the inclusion of people with disabilities. He has published 6 articles in journals indexed as pedagogical Trends, Pixel-bit, Journal of Innovation in University Teaching, Digital Journal of Research in University Teaching, RIEJS. She, also, has participated in different chapters of books with themes related to the coordination of teams teachers in the curricular development of the degrees.
