International students: Admission

If you are planning to study for a bachelor’s degree and come from a foreign education system, you can enrol on official bachelor’s degree programmes at the University of the Basque Country (EHU) as set out below.

Firstly, we recommend that you visit the dedicated website of the National University of Distance Education (UNEDasiss), where, as well as finding general practical information, you will find a tool allowing you to specify your country of origin, the studies you have completed and the Spanish university where you wish to study, so that you can access personalised and detailed information.

You will also need to check whether the degree programme you wish to enrol in at the EHU has any language requirements or specific entrance exams.

Once you have completed the steps via the National University of Distance Education (UNED), if you wish to register at the University of the Basque Country (EHU) for the first time to study a bachelor’s degree, the steps to follow are as follows:

1. Complete the online pre-enrolment
2. Once the admission list has been published in SARBIDEA, check the date and time you have been allocated for registration
3. Complete your registration online or in the EHU offices

Don’t forget that, depending on your country of origin, you will need to have your university entrance qualifications certified before you can pre-register.
