If you wish to enrol your children in school during your stay in the Basque Country, you should find out about the options available near your home and the application process. Schooling is compulsory for all children between the ages of 6 and 16.

There are also public nurseries in the Basque Country for children aged 0 to 3. You will find everything you need to know on the Haurreskolak website.
