The International Welcome Centre (IWC) is the EHU's comprehensive welcome and assistance service, targeted at the following groups:
If you belong to any of these groups, do not hesitate to contact us or visit us upon your arrival at the EHU.
How can we help you?
- We can help you prepare for your trip to and stay at the EHU: travel and transport, legal residence, insurance, accommodation, banking and medical formalities, etc.
- We can help you settle down in the city and integrate into the community: university services, tourist information, leisure, sport and cultural initiatives and activities, etc.
Although we will always try to answer your questions, the IWC is not responsible for:
- Admission procedures
- Academic issues
- Employment contracts
