About registration FEL 2025:

• Presenters of accepted abstracts MUST attend (in person or on-line), register for the conference, and be or become a member of FEL.
• Non-presenting co-authors of accepted abstracts are free to attend or not, but IF they attend (in person or on-line) they MUST register for the conference. For this category joining FEL as a member when registering is not obligatory, but always a lot cheaper because of the special membership discount.
• Anyone else interested in attending the conference (in person or on-line) MUST register for the conference. Membership of FEL is not obligatory, but always a lot cheaper.
• In order to receive a presenter certificate, presenters and co-authors must register to the conference. 
• Notifications of acceptance are planned to be sent out to the authors on 30 June.

Registration deadlines:

Registration is now open:

• Those presenting a communication will have until 1st September to register and process the payment.
• Workers and researchers working in the institutional and/or social Basque world (who will not present their work at the congress) may register and make the payment until 10th October.
• For online participants who will not be presenting a communication, registration will be open until 20th October.
