This Project is a continuation of another Singular Strategic Project called CityElec. The overall project objectives are:
Complete the development of a Transformation Center with Intermediate Storage System: specially designed for electric vehicle charging.
Complete the development of a Semiautomatic Electric Vehicle Parking.
Develop a range of specific charging stations for use in car parks, with the aim of achieving a balance between service delivery, the cost and the infrastructure complexity and, finally the civil works required for its deployment.
The leader of this project is ZIV Medida. Besides, the partners of this project are as follows: APERT Research Team (UPV/EHU), ZIV I+D Smart Energy Networks, Ormazabal Corporate Technology, AEG Power Solutions Ibérica, Robotiker-Tecnalia, Integral Park Systems and Automatismos Maser. The main task of APERT Research Team (UPV/EHU) in this project is to lead the design of the architecture and sizing of systems for charging electric vehicle batteries from renewable energy sources.
