In this project a new grinding technology is proposed. The proposed grinding technology is based in the diamond dressing of superabrassive metallic agglutinant grinding-wheels using the electro discharge dressing (EDD) technique. This technique will allow a new threshold in the precision and the surface finish of the grinded workpieces. The project has been developed in collaboration with Mechanical Engineering Department for the companies ONA-Electroerosión, S.A. and Danobat S. Coop.
