The CONFIA project aims to research innovative technologies that allow estimating the degradation state and increasing the reliability of power converter components. This will enable the development of more reliable, safe, and cost-effective applications, including power electronics, focusing on critical applications such as wind energy, photovoltaics, power grids, and e-mobility. Advanced solutions will be investigated in the fields of power electronics, control, and artificial intelligence.

TECNALIA R&I (consortium leader), Ikerlan, Energy Cluster, Zigor R&D, Mondragon Goi Eskola Politeknikoa and UPV/EHU (APERT Group) participate in the consortium of the project.
