The Microfluidics Cluster  UPV/EHU micro fabrication laboratory has been recently equipped with a profilometer to improve its nano fabrication capabilities.

The DektakXT® stylus profiler is a powerful and robust tool for surface characterisation of thin film thickness, surface roughness and verifying fabrication of microfluidic designs within the range of angstrom up to millimeter.
