PhD students Yara and Alba recently arrived from their 6-month secondment at Caruso Nanoengineering Group of the Department of Biochemical and Chemical Engineering in Melbourne (Australia). During these months as guest researchers, they worked in the assembly of bioactive metal-phenolic network nanoparticles (b-MPN NPs) for drug delivery using custom-made multilayer devices as part of the DNAsurf project.

After a wonderful stay at the laboratory and the warm welcome and hospitality they received during this period, we hope this is the first of many collaborations!
