Commitment document
The EHU commitment document is a binding agreement that governs the academic, administrative and ethical aspects of your doctoral thesis. This contract ensures appropriate supervision and sets out the rights and obligations of all parties involved.
The commitment document is an agreement that includes the academic and administrative aspects related to the development of doctoral education. For this reason so it is very important that you read it carefully before signing and submitting it.
The commitment document must be signed by the person responsible for the doctoral programme, the doctoral student, the tutor and the director.
Deadline: The doctoral student shall have a maximum of one month from the date their first enrolment is completed to get the commitment document signed by all parties and uploaded to the GAUR computer application in PDF format.
Steps:
1) Download, fulfil and sign the Commitment docuemnt from the Forms section of the Doctoral Studies website
2) Submit the document signed by all parties to the GAUR platform within the established deadline.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Please, ensure that the signing of the document by all parties is a necessary condition for the academic commission to be able to perform the doctoral student's annual assessment, as well as to continue with their doctoral studies and carry out any procedures of any kind: signing agreements, doctoral training, etc.
- The clauses of the commitment document may not be modified.
