Jesus Romo Uriarte obtained his degree in Industrial Engineer at University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) in 1986 and his PhD Thesis in 1996. He is a lecturer in the Systems Engineering and Automatics Department in UPV/EHU. Besides, he was in charge as director of Virtual Campus in the University of the Basque Country for 12 years (2001-2013). His research work involves web technologies and their application to the process of teaching and learning.
