Biografia

Elizabet Arocena Egaña is the Vice-Dean for Mobility and Development Cooperation Internship at the Faculty of Education, Philosophy and Anthropology. She is also an Associate Professor in Didactics of Language and Literature at the University of the Basque Country, UPV/EHU. Her expertise is pre-service and in-service language teacher training and her main research interest is multilingualism in education. Elizabet has been an active member of the Donostia research group on education and multilingualism (DREAM) since its origin in 2010 participating in national and international research projects. As a result, she has disseminated her research findings in national and international conferences and in renowned academic journals. She has also been member of the academic committee of the European Master on Multilingualism and Education from 2017 to 2024.
